Your order will normally be processed within 1-2 business days after instock.
Orders received before 12:00 noon PST Monday – Friday should be processed and shipped that day, excluding holidays of course. Weekend orders will be processed the following Monday or the next business day if it’s a holiday. Speaking of holidays, please note that the holidays may result in slight delays in processing and shipping times. Thanks in advance for your patience!
Our shipping terms and conditions are as follows:

- FREE SHIPPING on orders of $30 or more (after discounts, before tax). Standard shipping (estimated 3-5 business days).
– For orders under $30 in the Continental US: $6.95 Shipping Fee. Standard shipping (estimated 3-5 business days)
– For orders under $50 in Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico: $8.95 Shipping Fee. Standard shipping (estimated 3-5 business days)

RETURNS

If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your order, we are here to assist you.
Full refund on an unused and unopened product within 14 days of the date of purchase. It must be in the original packaging.
No refund for an opened product within 14 days of the date of purchase.
Any defective or damaged products will be replaced or refunded.
We would be remiss if we did not highlight two things. First, customers are responsible for any return shipping charges. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

We will make every effort to cancel and/or change your order. Unfortunately, once the order has shipped, there’s nothing we can do. You will have to follow our return process at that point.
